All I Need Is Within Me Now

I’ve came across many self esteem building websites and they all have the same familiar advice about what it takes to build your self esteem and feel good about yourself.

Which is all fine and dandy but it doesn’t work for everyone. Not everyone can use will power alone to change everything in their life so they need to get physical.

By physical I mean to put your whole body into it. Use all your mental and physical muscles to change the way you live your life. To increase your level of self esteem. To get some enjoyment and enthusiasm out of life you must be willing to take some physical action.

First I want you to get into a comfortable standing position.  And relax your entire body and follow the next three steps to flip your life upside down.

Step 1 – Visualize yourself bopping around and feeling loose and relaxed. Arms and hands loosely dangling down your sides and swaying back and forth. Legs sturdy with knees unlooked. Hips moving back and forth. Big smile on  your face. Ya feeling good!

Step 2 – Start moving your body with the picture you have in your head. Really get into it by swaying your entire body back and forth and really enjoy how you feel. Notice when you relax your muscles how the tension slowly fades away.

Step 3 – Repeat to yourself or out loud the words, “All I need is within me now. All I need is within me now.” Really get into it. “All I need is within me now. All I need is within me now.”

Step 4 – While you’re in this relaxed, energetic and brave state of mind, take action on something you have been putting off for a long time. That one big thing you’ve been putting off  because you don’t have the courage to do it.

If you can get yourself to take action while in this state of mind you’ll be able to move past your fears and build up the courage to take even more action.

Now you know the steps to take before you venture out and take on a new and scary challenge. If you’ll prepare yourself before  you take that first step you’ll be able to build little successes that will have a profound impact on your self esteem.

It’s hard to move past your fears if you start out on a task already in a state of mind that produces fear and failure. If you’re inside your head taking negatively about what you’re about to do, you’ll never do it out of fear of the unknown.

You will not only live a life full of regrets but you’ll also live a life that’s not very enjoyable or adventurous.

Life is meant to be lived yes, but it’s also meant to be enjoyed. Life enjoyment should be your #1 focus for your everyday life.

But if your suffering from low self esteem then you know firsthand how difficult it is to undertake anything new that comes your way. Or how challenging it is just to crawl out of bed each morning and have to face the world yet again in this same fearful state.

So I want you to take a few moments each day before you leave  your house to do the above four steps to put yourself in an energetic and happy frame of mind that will carry you throughout the day.

If you need to repeat these steps a few more times during the  day,  feel free. Getting physical with yourself might be the missing link you need to move forward in your life.
