How I Experienced Two Different Dimensions

Today I will share two stories with you that happened to me recently. They both surprised me because I have never experienced anything like it before.

Both of the experiences had a lot of things in common: they happened following a couple of hours of night’s sleep,  in both cases I was unsuccessfully trying to fall asleep and they both happened during sleep paralysis.

The Story Number One

So the first experience that I had with another dimension happened a few weeks ago. I got only a few hours night’s sleep so when I came back home after some time out, I tried to fall asleep. These were one of those days where I would keep getting sleep paralysis when trying to sleep.

I am still uncomfortable with sleep paralysis because I simply don’t like the sensations that follow it. If you don’t know what sleep paralysis is, here’s a simple explanation. It’s an uncomfortable vibrating sensation that you get in your body when you try to fall asleep and you as though become paralysed when you feel the vibrations. For me the vibrations usually last for a couple of seconds, because I don’t allow them to become deep by trying to get out of the paralysis. If you don’t try to move and you let it happen, it may be more difficult to end this state (I’m not entirely sure though).

Some people, like those who want to learn how to astral project, are looking forward to sleep paralysis because it makes it easier for them to leave their physical bodies. So sleep paralysis is closely associated to reaching other dimensions.

Back to the story. I kept getting sleep paralysis so I kept moving because I wanted to get rid of the uncomfortable sensations. And during this struggle, I found myself drifting into another dimension. It was like half-sleep, half-reality dimension, that’s the best way I can describe it.

The next thing I know, I see my double in the corner of my room. She looked exactly like me, but she was like from a black and white picture with a greenish hue. Her hair was a bit darker and put into a ponytail. She was eating some snack and looking straight at me, but not intensely.

I couldn’t work out what she was thinking or how she perceived me, because she looked in a really neutral way, but I wouldn’t say it was a casual look. In general, she was neutral but also showed a slight interest about who I was. I felt quite uncomfortable when she was looking at me because I had no idea how she would react if  I would say or do something.

So what I did is ask her “Who are you?” but once I asked, I was too scared to receive the answer. I was trying to hear the answer but secretly hoping that she wouldn’t speak, because I really didn’t know what to expect of her. Fortunately (or unfortunately, depends on how you look at it) I didn’t receive any answer.

There was also some other shadowy being just next to me who kept talking, but I wasn’t frightened of that being. My double took all my attention.

After this incident I decided not to go to sleep for a while, because I wasn’t ready to handle what was happening.

The Story Number Two

The second incident happened to me just yesterday (I’m writing this post on 22nd of June). Again, I had only a couple of hours of sleep that night so I decided to take a nap in the early morning hours. When I tried to fall asleep, I kept getting sleep paralysis which I tried to shake off.

After some time of wrestling with sleep paralysis, I found myself gradually drifting to, what I thought, sleep. But that was not even near the sleep state. I was completely conscious of what was happening to me. I went into another dimension which now I call the Mind And Memory Dimension, because in it I kept thinking about many events that happened to me and I kept assessing how things where. The strange thing was, I was able to be aware of all my memories and thoughts although they were passing through me really fast.

In this dimension I was able to access any event that ever happened to me, even the ones I thought I forgot long time ago. That was absolutely amazing – I have never experienced Anything like it. It was so effortless to remember the events that happened to me when I was a child and thanks to this dimension I was able to eliminate one limiting belief that was with me since my childhood.

I was in this dimension much longer than when I experienced the dimension with my double. This dimension wasn’t frightening at all – it was exciting and I didn’t want to get out of it. However once I started thinking about the dimension itself instead of analyzing the past events, I drifted out.

Conclusion

It was my wish to someday experience other dimensions from the day I found out about their existence. And I’m so glad that finally I could experience a glimpse of two of them.

There are, in my opinion, too many dimensions to count, and every single one of them has different qualities. The best book to read about these different dimensions is The Nature of Personal Reality by Jane Roberts. The first time I found out about the multiple realities/dimensions concept was when I became interested in quantum physics, then I watched the “What The Bleep Do We Know” movie and then read The Nature of Personal Reality book.

It’s really unusual that both of these experiences happened to me within a short time period. I’m still trying to work out why they happened to me, and I’m thinking that maybe it simply shows that it’s the time for me to explore more spiritual dimensions.

If you had something like that happening to you, please leave a comment with your story!

    Hi Simona :-)
Thanks for posting such an interesting article.
I myself used to deal alot with sleepparalisys. I don’t know if you know much about it – But acording to some sources it is due to certain nerves in the back. So If you want to avoid it, you should’t lie on you back (nor leaning your back against something) – I’ve used this method and it works :-)

Last month i wake one morning from a dream of someone i haven’t talked to since 2007. Later that day i checked facebook and saw that person from my dream friend requested me that day. (I recently deactivated my facebook account because i was using it too much) I’ve recorded other precognitive experiences that i cannot credit to my individual, personal subconscious memories alone.

I’ve dreamed of being in other people’s bodies, both men and women(didn’t ask to be in other people’s bodies, it was a suprise to me!). Makes me wonder who i’m really interacting with in dreams–if i can be in different bodies in other dimensions, i bet others can as well–whether they realise it or not: One time i didn’t realize i was in some other body untill the sister of the woman’s body i was in asked why i was acting wierd. Its not just peoples bodies, i have a vague memory of being in a bear’s body once.

I had a lucid dream where i said to the shadowy person next to me, “hey i’m dreaming! this is my dream!” then the hooded/cloaked person mocks me saying “YOUR dream?”
Maybe the person would have said “yes” if I said “hey this is some other dimension!”

I had sleep paralysis sometime late last June, some night when the moon was pretty full. I stared at the moon a while that night(maybe too much, i tend to have bizarre experiences at night after staring at full moons, yet sometimes i desire these experiences) I woke in the middle of the night, couldn’t move and couldn’t control my breathing(though i was aware i was breathing fine). I felt another presence that seemed sinister. I summoned a ferocious energy to get control of my body, got control and calmed down, wondering about the other presence. This other presence spoke in my mind, called itself an alpha draconian, and said it could send me to its home-planet, covered with snow. I calmly acknowledged my fear and thought ‘please no.’ (the morning before that night I saw a youtube video called ‘known alien races’ which included a drawing of an alpha draconian with a full moon in background… it also included 2 alien races i’ve never seen before except in dreams and waking visions..but don’t forget what i learned in the 1st 3 paragraphs of this comment) The next 2 times I tried to fall asleep, I got paralyzed and fought for familiar control and succeeded. The third time(or so) i tried to fall asleep and didn’t fight the paralysis, which i felt for maybe a few seconds, then fell asleep.

About 2 weeks ago I woke up to another dimension in my bedroom, where a tall 6ft humanoid lightblue being had their face a foot away from mine, hovering above me. I growl at the being and and it growls back to make fun. We laugh and i tell the being how beautiful its form is, yet my commenting talked over something the blue being said. The being continued to speak, telling me not to introduce myself to new beings by growling at them. It was funny cause I thought i’d know better in the first place! I suggested bowing as an introduction, and the being was pleasant, and i fell back asleep.

I seem to fear all these ‘New Dimensions’ and ‘Dark figures’. It makes me not want to get myself involved in meditation. Are there any reassurances on the subject? >.<
