Your Attraction Diary
If you visualise and improve yourself on a constant basis, your point of attraction always shifts. It’s constantly improving because of the progress that you make. But sometimes it’s hard to recognise the relation between your thoughts and the daily manifestations simply because you don’t keep track of what you attract on a daily basis.
In this post I thought I will share a secret with you that helps me to better understand my point of attraction. This idea came to me quite recently and it really helped me to clearly see what kind of events I attract in my life and why.
You probably know people who have a gratitude journal and maybe you have it yourself. Well my idea is quite similar – I thought of an Attraction Diary. I use it daily to describe what kind of things I attract into my life. I combine this diary with the gratitude journal. Further on you will see one page of my Attraction Diary, which I included as an example for you to better understand what I’m talking about.
So at the end of each day, I make notes about all the not-so-ordinary events that happened to me. If the event is positive, I put a plus sign next to it and if the event is negative, I put a minus sign. This helps me to quickly see how my attraction point changes throughout days because the more pluses I have, the better the attraction point gets.
If, however, I notice that I get more minuses than usual, then I know that it’s time to monitor my thoughts to stop the bad manifestations from happening. So this diary keeps me on track because it lets me see whether I’m steadily moving towards my goals.
Who will benefit from this diary
There are many great outcomes that the Attraction Diary gives so it’s beneficial to have one for almost anyone. If you try to manifest a better life, this diary will help you keep track of your progress. You will be able to note everything unusual that is happening in your life and therefore you will be able to make conclusions of whether you attract the things that you want.
Don’t forget though that there is a time lag in manifestation, so that you would not get upset when nothing is happening for some time. Also, you should know your strongest attraction point so that you would manifest more effectively.
This diary is also great for people who don’t understand why they keep attracting bad events in their lives. It will help them see the correlation between what they think and what they manifest. This should definitely help them spot their negative thinking and change it so that their point of attraction would shift.
If you don’t understand why you keep attracting negative stuff, you will definitely need to note your daily thoughts. There is obviously no need to note every single thought, all you have to do is set an alarm to go off every 30 or so minutes and record the thoughts that you catch yourself having. This will clearly show what kind of thinking you indulge in and what you spend your time on in general.
Trust me, it can be so enlightening to uncover your unconscious thoughts and actions. You might even discover that your thinking is mainly negative and that you waste your time on unproductive activities. That would be a real eye opener and once you are aware of such negative activities, you will naturally start eliminating them.
This diary will also be of great benefit if you don’t understand the relationship between what’s in the mind and how it’s reflected in your reality. It will definitely show how your thinking influences what you attract on a daily basis. You will have a proof right before your eyes – your own written words of what you’ve thought of and what you’ve attracted will be the best evidence of all.
Those who don’t believe in the law of attraction or any other “new age” stuff will also benefit from this diary because once again it will show a direct relationship of what’s in your mind and what’s outside of you.
What the Attraction Diary is
The Attraction Diary is simply a notebook that serves as a means to record daily events, thoughts and other experiences. You should list every day what out of the ordinary things you’ve attracted in your life, be it a call from a distant relative, a cold that you caught, the disagreement that you had or anything else that doesn’t usually happen to you.
The reason why you should record out of the ordinary events is because they are the ones showing how your life changes. If nothing unusual happens in your day, it means that you are not moving forward. It’s usually an indication that you don’t try to consciously manifest anything or that you neutralise your conscious manifestations with your negative thinking.
I personally have an A4 notebook which serves as an Attraction Diary, because, as I previously mentioned, my diary serves both as a gratitude and an attraction diary so I need more space.
If you’ve managed to end the negative thinking and you are quite aware of the nature of your thoughts, then you don’t need to have a section in the diary for your daily thoughts. All you should do then is note the changes that are happening around you and the ideas that come to you when you are trying to consciously manifest something in your life.
If you already have a gratitude journal, then you might only want to make some space there to include the attraction section. However, having a separate attraction diary is more effective if you also want to record your daily thoughts. Too many things in the same notebook might be confusing, so you should definitely have an extra notebook if you anticipate that you will need more than two sections.

What you will notice when you start the Attraction Diary
The first thing that will definitely change is your understanding about the relationship of your mind and the world outside you. You will start understanding that the outside world is just a reflection of what’s inside you. You will become much more empowered because you will truly understand that you create the world with your thinking. This is much more powerful than just reading about the power of the law of attraction or other universal laws. When you experience this yourself, you will know for sure how powerful you are.
This diary will also enable you to see all the changes that are happening once you start visualising something new. You will see the small changes that happen, you will experience the time lag when nothing is happening and then you will record how everything comes together when the manifestation is coming to fruition. You will have a case study of your own conscious manifestation. You will understand exactly how the manifestation works and how the world reflects the changes that you introduce in your thinking.
Another great benefit that you will get out of such diary is that you will realise that nothing happens at random. You will understand that there is no luck. You will come to notice that every single thing and action is governed by exact never-changing laws of the universe.
You will understand the importance of one of the most important laws of all – the law of attraction. You will literally see before your eyes how you attract everything that you need for the manifestation to take place. If you don’t have such diary, on the other hand, you will simply forget or fail to connect the dots when something happens that is necessary to bring your thoughts into reality.
The final and probably most important benefit of this diary is that you will become more careful of what you think about and what mental movies you create. When you truly understand the power of your thoughts and visualisation, you will never again consciously indulge in negative thinking or depressing mental images. That will, of course, change your life completely.
Conclusion
You should definitely give a try to the Attraction Diary because it will show you exactly what your current point of attraction is and you will also realise how you form your reality. It’s one thing to read about the conscious manifestation and completely another to witness it happening to you.
If you don’t have time to write a gratitude journal or note your daily thoughts, at least take notes about what events and experiences you attract on a daily basis. When you see how much benefit this note-taking gives, you will not mind spending some extra time on gratitude and on taking notes about your thoughts.

Great idea, keeping and abundance/attraction/gratitude journal is a wonderful LoA practice.
I know when i first kept a daily abundance journal and recorded 5 things daily where I noticed the abundance in my life, I began to attract more positive things, as well as people into my lifeee

I kept a gratitude journal in the past and had good results. But I also like your idea of having an attraction diary.
It seems like a really good way to monitor your progress with the law of attraction. You are constantly getting feedback on whether or not your thoughts and feelings in certain parts of your life are positive or negative.
