This depression self help podcast will be beneficial for those that are in the state of despair and cannot find the way out of this state. In this podcast I explain why people feel depressed and I give steps that you can use to change this state of mind.

Your responsibility of your state of mind
You are completely responsible for everything that happens in your life. Therefore the first step out of the despair is to acknowledge this fact. Once you do that, you will gain some of your power back and you will feel relief.
Your feelings
You should closely pay attention to how you feel because your feelings is an indicator of how far away you are from your true self. The more relieved you feel, the closer you are getting to who you really are. So if you find some thought that makes you feel this way, focus on it as long as you can.
Mass consciousness
When you feel depressed you pick up negativity of others that make you feel even worse. When you are depressed you give the power to others to create the reality around you, and this is never a wise choice. Only by understanding that you are the only one influencing your reality you will be able to shift your mood and start consciously creating the reality you desire.
Seek clarity
When you are depressed you should always ask for the clarity of mind. If you are spiritual, you can ask your angels or spirit guides to help you find the clarity of your mind to understand the way out of this situation. When you become clear in your mind, your depression will end because you will clearly know what next step to take.
Meditation also helps to become clear in your mind about the way out of the state of despair.

“This is Simona Rich and in this podcast I am talking about what is depression and how to overcome it.
Today I had many insights about how to help people who are depressed because I kept searching for a way to explain this state and give some advice as to how to overcome it.
When you ask the universe, it always provides an answer, but if you are not looking for an answer to your question, you may not notice it. I got so many answers to this question today, that I feel that by recording my answers I will be able to reach the hearts of those that are intensely seeking the way out of their despair.
So relax and try to really hear my message.
Firstly I will explain why you feel depressed.
Depression means loss of power. In other words, it is a complete disempowerment, complete ignorance of the power within you. When you are depressed it means that you see others as more powerful than you and you think that some external object is capable of influencing your well-being.
This perception is completely wrong because nobody can influence your reality but you. What you think manifests therefore you can even manifest such thing as someone else influencing your reality. You are such a powerful creator of your reality that you can even decide to give someone else the power to influence you.
Now that is not beneficial to you at all and you can change that at any time you choose.
You can make such choice now. You can decide now to take complete responsibility of your reality and accept it as your creation. When you really accept that you are completely responsible for everything that is happening in your life, you will feel relief and you will gain some of your power back.
Now as you accept that this state of depression is your creation you can start looking for the lessons behind it.
What is this depression teaching you?
What can you learn from this situation?
Every unpleasant happening in your life has some lesson to teach you. Only by recognising the lesson, accepting it and learning from it will you be able to move on to better life experiences.
There could be many kinds of messages hidden in your state of despair.
Maybe you give up too early or you take to heart what others think of you? Maybe you are stuck and do not know what to do next? Maybe you have two choices to make and cannot make up your mind which one to choose?
Recognise the reason for the depression. Get to the root of it. What triggered this state? Why did you become depressed?
When you find the answer treat it a lesson to learn from, learn from the lesson and this will move you to a better state of mind.
Do you realise how great it is that you have an ability to recognise the obstacle that was holding you back for such a long time?
Do you realise that by only recognising the obstacle and accepting that as a lesson to improve yourself you will be able to finally overcome this situation and progress into a much more pleasing reality?
Doesn’t it make you feel so much better even to hear these words?
Now you should understand that there will always be lessons to learn in this life. Some people perceive these lessons as obstacles, but if you perceive them this way, you will keep pushing against them, not learning anything from them and therefore being stuck right where you are.
When you think of an obstacle as a lesson, can feel how much more empowering this perception is?
It gives you control over your reality because you understand that by learning from the lesson you will progress and you will improve yourself.
Without any lessons to learn there would be no progress therefore there will always be something unpleasant that you become aware of in your reality and that will always be a clue that you need to learn something from this situation.
When you believe that you do not have control over your experiences then you allow mass consciousness enter your mind and therefore you act like masses, which is out of fear and in a survival mode.
This is an important point so I will expand on it. Mass consciousness means the collective mindset of people around the world or in your country or in your town. Some thoughts that people have are influencing you on daily basis if you give up some of your power to external events.
Because the majority of people are still in negative and disempowering mindset, when you become negative, you become receptive to negative thoughts of others and you start attracting those thoughts to you. Therefore the more of such thoughts you attract, the more negative and depressed you will become.”
