Here are the 20 ways to earn passive income:

1. Become affiliate of the programs such as Site Build It, MadMimi, 6 Minutes To Success and others.
2. Review Amazon books with your Amazon affiliate link.
3. Earn interest from your money in the bank or other financial institution.
4. Lend your own money with monthly/yearly interest.
5. Find advertisers who are willing to pay to place ads on your website (works if you get enough traffic to your website).
6. Allow other people to submit their websites’ links to your website for a fee (recurring one).
7. Write a book and publish it.
8. License your ideas.
9. Rent a part of your property.
10. Buy a property to let.
11. Create a membership (either offline or online) plan for a group you organise.
12. Write useful Squidoo articles and get share of the profits they generate.
13. Find more distribution channels for your products.
14. Create an e-product such as an e-class, e-book or e-report and sell it on your website.
15. Use other people’s subscriber lists. Create a product and let others advertise it on their lists for a share of profits.
