Positive Affirmations

Positive affirmations are sentences that you repeat daily to achieve a different state of mind.

Affirmations alone do not help you achieve goals.

However, they change your belief systems which lead to the achievement of goals.

Affirmations work like a program that you run in yourself. Although it cannot overwrite your ‘old self’ program at once, it can start the process.

When you keep persistently repeating uplifting and empowering affirmations, you start changing your belief system.

It is quite straightforward to overwrite your current beliefs. For example, if you are thinking that you feel fear, you should start repeating (aloud, to hear your own voice) that day by day you are getting more and more courageous.

After some time you will feel differently. This means that you are changing into a courageous person.

I will give you more examples of positive affirmations later on.

You may not consciously understand how could such positive statements affect you. Yet when you hear the phrase ‘positive affirmations’, how does it make you feel? You unconsciously know that it can benefit you, don’t you?

When I began using affirmations I was just starting in personal development. I found it to be an interesting subject. Therefore I decided to put it to test.

I took an A4 paper and wrote down all of the goals that I wanted to achieve. I wrote them in the present tense to make an impression that I am already in the possession of my goals. I also wrote them down in a form of gratitude as I knew that the more you are grateful for something, the more of that thing you will receive.

Here are some of my affirmations:

“Thank you that I am in total control of all aspects of my life. I am the only person that can change my reality’.

“Thank you that every day brings me plenty of creative ideas”.

“Thank you that I am able to travel everywhere I want, any time I wish”.

Positive affirmations caused a huge shift in my mindset. New opportunities, ideas and people came into my life. I suddenly did not feel like repeating my past actions. I stopped going through loops in my daily routine.

You are probably wondering how long it took me to achieve this shift. I had many positive affirmations on the list! Some of the goals took longer (60-80 days), some took shorter (30 days) time to manifest.

It really depends on a person. Some people can use positive affirmations to achieve goals in less than a month. But usually you should give at least 1-3 months to finally make your affirmations reality.

Do not give up if nothing happens after this time period. It WILL manifest. However, if you keep repeating one thing and keep thinking the opposite, obviously nothing will happen.

You have to believe that you are in the possession of a goal you want to achieve. Keep being grateful for it. Be ready to receive it.

Affirmations for Happiness and Success

“I am deeply grateful for my peaceful mind and positive attitude.”

“Thank you that I experience happiness and success no matter what I do or where I am.”

“Thank you that all my days are filled with joy and happiness.”

“Thank you for empowering thoughts that I hold about every aspect of my life.”

“Thank you for my understanding that life is full of happiness. I am surrounded by people that love and respect me.”

Affirmations for Empowerment

“Thank you for my understanding that I am in total control of everything in my life.”

“I am grateful for my courage and invincibility.”

“I am grateful that I am strong and confident person.”

“Thank you that I can achieve everything I set my mind to.”

“Thank you that I achieve goals quickly and effortlessly.”

“Thank you that others kindly and willingly help me to achieve my goals.”

Affirmations for Wealth

“Thank you for my great wealth that is increasing every day.”

“Thank you that I am getting large amounts of money from many different sources.”

“Thank you that I can attract money as soon as I think of it.”

“Thank you that I am able to buy whatever I wish and can have any experience I want to have.”

“Thank you for the freedom that my wealth creates for me.”

Positive affirmations can change your entire mindset. All you have to do is be persistent, do not introduce any conflicting thoughts and repeat affirmations daily. By following this advice you will be able to change your entire belief system.
