This podcast will benefit you if the actions you currently take produce unsatisfactory results and you do not understand why it is so.
Many people think that the action part is the most important part in changing your reality and getting results. But this is not the case. The most important part in changing or improving your situation is always your state of mind.
When you understand that the more often you take action from a positive mind state the better results you get, your life becomes so much easier. You start taking far less action, but you get much better results.
Although it may sound too unrealistic at the moment, this is only because you are used to the saying that if you constantly take action you improve your life.
This is a false statement and it can be proved false by looking at hard working yet struggling people and comparing them with wealthy people that have plenty of spare time and are enjoying their lives.
I hope that this podcast will make you understand why people who take a lot of action always end up suffering. I also hope that you will come to understand how you can be sure that you are always taking the correct action.
