Self Improvement Plan
It is very useful to have a self improvement plan because by clearly defining what you need to change you will be able to improve your life quicker.
If you want to create your personal improvement plan you firstly need to decide which aspects of yourself you want to improve.
You can choose couple of aspects at the same time, but the fewer you choose the better.
By choosing only a small number of aspects you will be able to focus on them longer and as a result improve them quicker.
Self improvement plan for your mind
If you would like to improve some aspects of your mind you firstly need to decide if you want to work on improving your intelligence, your awareness or your relationship with universal laws.
Improving your intelligence means working on expanding your knowledge. There are some great activities which will help you do that. These include reading on the subjects of your interest, doing various tests and accomplishing challenging projects.
If you want to work on improving your awareness, you should start meditating, doing yoga, breathing exercises, being aware of the present moment and becoming receptive to very minor changes in your mood.
Being aware means knowing what is happening around you and inside you and not being consumed by the chatter in your head. When you become silent and you hear noise and see what is around you that means that you are aware.
When you are thinking intensely about something and do not even hear your friend talking to you, that means that you are completely unaware at that moment.
To expand your awareness you should often see what is around you and hear the background noise of your environment. The more you do that, the more aware you will become.
Also when you suddenly feel some strong emotion, you should pause and reflect on that emotion. This way you will be aware of your feelings and your awareness will expand as a result.
Trying to improve your relationship with universal laws involves understanding them and seeing them at work. This will expand your knowledge of this life and your general well-being.
The most important universal law is the law of attraction. This universe is attraction-based therefore this law is at work all the time. This law works in your life whether you know it or not, therefore it is beneficial to understand it fully. Only by completely understanding it you will be able to deliberately create your desired manifestations.
The knowledge of universal laws will improve your mind immensely because you will become completely empowered once you understand how universal laws influence your life.
Self improvement plan for your body
If you want to improve the appearance of your body and your general well-being, you should firstly list what particular aspects of your body you would like to work on.
It could be that you want to improve health, reduce your weight or correct your posture.
You need to understand that the only reason you are suffering from problems in your body is what you pay attention to. If you focus on things that you do not like, you will have them manifest in your experience.
Therefore as long as you keep observing the same aspects of your reality, your body condition cannot change.
When you start looking at the bright side of life, your body starts reflecting that. Even if you are currently suffering from some serious illness, you still can feel hope or have faith that your body condition will improve. In fact, it is better to say that your body condition is improving every single minute as this affirmation will make a huge difference to your well-being.
See yourself not being ill but having health and you must become healthy. However for health to manifest you should feel healthy and not the lack of health. If you see in your mind’s eye that you are healthy but all you feel is that you do not have health, you will just manifest more illness.
Self improvement plan for your soul
If you feel disconnected from who you really are you should try to improve the connection with your soul. This involves appreciating beauty, being a good person (helping others, being kind to others and always behaving in a good way).
All good work, beauty and gratitude nurtures your soul and makes you more connected to it. You will realise that by being the best that you can be and looking only at good manifestations in your reality will really benefit you. You will become much more positive, you will smile more and you will become more open and kind to others.
You can also become more connected to your soul by opening your third eye. This will give you a glimpse of other dimensions without leaving your body. Therefore after such experience you will truly know that you have an immortal soul and that makes a big difference in how you feel.
By making better connection with your soul you will become much less stressed and you will then see this life as a temporary experience of numerous ones to come. You will not be that hard on yourself if something does not go the way you want because you will see this life as a place to learn and enjoy yourself.
You can also become more aware of your soul through astral travel, but this is not for everyone. Only some people decide to learn how to do that. However, an out of body experience is the best proof that you have a soul that can live outside your body and move through different dimensions.
In general, all spiritual activities will get you more connected with your soul. Such activities include directing your energy, learning how to see auras, meditation, communicating with your spirit guides and automatic writing.
Next steps
Once you identify the objects of your focus, you should set the dates in your self improvement plan of when you want to start working on them. The sooner you start the better. You should also set the deadlines of each of the goals.
You should not list in your self improvement plan too many aspects to work on at the same time as this may put you off this goal completely. Try to improve one aspect at a time, or two-three aspects at a time most.
You should not forget that you can only improve any aspect of you if you change your behaviour and how you think about the reality. If you have illness, for example, and you are miserable, you cannot get good results if you try to take action out of misery. You have to change your attitude first. Lastly, do not be hard on yourself if you did not improve some aspect of you by the deadline you made. Just extend the deadline and try until you succeed.
