Silence And Meditation

Silence and Meditation Personal Development Newsletter Copy:

I hope that this spring is or is going to be the best spring you
have ever had.

I personally have never had a better spring.

I think this happened because of some of the changes in my life.

I  started to be more present. I meditate more and I stay in
silence more.

When  you allow your mind to rest and just be in the present
moment, several good things will happen to you:

1.You will eliminate stress from your life.

2.Your intentions will manifest quicker.

3.You will notice opposing thoughts to your goals that don’t let
your goals manifest.

When spending time in quiet, I was able to detect thoughts and
views  that  were  limiting  me  in many ways. Once they got
eliminated, my relationships with people significantly improved
and my health became better than it ever was.

Also, I spend  much less time on my business and get great
results.

This is all thanks to the daily silence and meditation.

There is another thing I’ve noticed happening to me more since my
prolonged meditation times.

I seem to get answers to my questions much faster than usual.

You probably know that when you ask, it’s always answered, but if
you’re not looking for the answer, you will miss it.

So now I get answers to my questions much faster.

For example, yesterday I was wondering why it takes a long time
for me to manifest one particular goal.

After an hour I was reading a book and a sentence as though jumped
out in front of me. It said something like “Everything comes at its
perfect time”.

I love such quick responses, it simply shows that everything is
connected in this universe. The world is friendly to you and helps
you achieve everything you want.

So try this yourself. Try to be silent for 10-30 minutes a day and
meditate for similar time length. I guarantee you that you will
notice a big difference in your life.

In fact, the changes in your life may happen so fast that you will
feel slightly overwhelmed and super excited.

The key to getting results from such practice is to keep your mind
free from thoughts. The quality of thoughts is the only thing that
stands in the way of you and your goals.

If you don’t think for some time, you let the universe manifest
your desires much more easily.
